Welcome to homemade beauty recipes, this takes me back a few years and brings back some good memories of the beauty therapy training course I did back in 1994.
As part of the training we had to learn about the skin, the anatomy of it eg the facial bones, muscles and nerves, and it's functions and the different skin types and learning also how to do facials and what products suit the different skin types.
So I thought it would be fun for me to provide you with some simple Homemade soap
beauty recipes for you to try at home and also tell you which skin types the recipes are suitable for.
So firstly you need to know your
skin type
then you are one step closer, so let's start with :

Aromatherapy oils
are used a lot in homemade beauty recipes and there are so many to choose from for example, Lavendar, Tea Tree, Geranium, Patchouli, Chamomile, Rose which is excellent for anti ageing and very expensive especially Rose Absolute, very high quality.
With aromatherapy you do need to know what you are doing and what oils to use, now this is an ancient medicine, used by the ancient Egyptians they were so clever and used lots of natural remedies, hypnosis and more.

Aloe Vera is another popular and effective ingrediant in homemade beauty recipes and has many properties like treating Acne, Dermatitis, Psoriasis as well as decreasing swelling and redness, reduces inflammation, relieves pain, promotes synthesis of collagen in tissues and prevents blisters in cases of burns.
Aswell as product for using on the outside of the skin, what about what we can take internally which will impact the outside, well Green Tea has a lot of great benefits, so it would be worth looking into.
Once you learn to make your own products maybe you may want to learn
facial exercises
to keep your skin tone taught and firm, helping yourself to grow old gracefully and delaying the signs of ageing for as long as you can. I mean we all want youth and beauty.
Making these homemade recipes your beauty secret. A lot of people do and they work, no chemicals and they are fun to do. As the beauty quote goes beauty is from within and how true is that especially when you are using possible ingrediants that you could eat.
