If you wish to contact me with any questions please feel free, I have tried to answer as many questions for you as I can, there may be some I have not covered though.

Please note: I do my best to respond to you within 24 hrs, sometime I don't check my messages till later.

If you have decided to contact me about a link exchange request there are some things I want you to be aware of first, this is so you do not waste your time and energy or mine.

Okay first of all:

I will only exchange links with good quality websites which are relevant to Health and Beauty Treatments.

I do not have a links page so any linking will be placed in my content, which really is much better for both of us, the reason being your link will have more chance of being clicked, and if this link is going to a great page you may get some clicks to more of your pages etc..

Only contact me if my if we are going to be doing a two way link exchange. I am not interested in a three way link exchange like for like I'm afraid!
